We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If, at a later date, we did want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be very open about this. We will make it clear on the website at the time and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Freelancer Database Sign Up

If someone signs up to the freelancer database for prop makers on our website, they are agreeing to Plunge Creations storing their data for the purpose of contacting them about potential upcoming projects. If at any point, they no longer wish to be contacted, they should email info@plungecreations.co.uk and ask for their data to be deleted off. Their data will at no point be traded or sold to other companies.

As part of the process of registering, they will be emailed a link to their profile. This should not be shared with anyone else and will allow the person registering to go back into their profile to edit their data at any later date.

Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect a limited amount of personal information about you, such as your name and email address. We don’t rent or trade these email lists with any other organisations or businesses.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
