Chocolatician: Queen Elizabeth II Chocolate Sculpture

Happy Birthday Queen Elizabeth II! We've been busy sculpting a bust of Her Majesty to join with Jen Lindsey-Clark of Chocolatician in celebrating The Queen's 90th birthday.

Working in clay from photo references Tim Simpson spent over 200 hours on what proved to be a peculiarly difficult sculpt.

With the Royal bust finally finished we then created a series of moulds, ending in a food-safe mould ready for casting in the finest Belgian chocolate. Jen then had the intricate task of creating a chocolate crown and chocolate jewellery.

The Chocolate Queen sculpture weighs 3Kg and is available in white and milk chocolate.
